I recently brought my car in for an estimate after a minor accident affecting my door. Without performing any teardown or detailed inspection, I was given a very high estimate and told that something had "snapped" structurally. After picking up my vehicle and getting a second opinion from another reputable shop, I was told the damage is repairable without major structural issues and can be completed in about a week. What concerned me most was not just the estimate, but the lack of clear explanation and the dismissive/rude attitude when I asked questions. As a customer, I expected transparency and a willingness to show or explain the damage, especially when making serious claims about structural failure. I would recommend that others get a second opinion before committing to repairs here. Communication and clarity go a long way, and unfortunately that was missing

Liars! They had my vehicle for two weeks, but never even looked at it to see what parts they should order. After a week, I got an email from my insurance co. telling me that Motorworld had been trying to reach me to get started with that estimate. They didn't, so I called them. Bill C. told me that it was going in now. That was a Thursday. I didn't hear anything by Monday, so I called again. Bill C. told me it was going in now, which is the same thing he told me days ago. He lied three more times throughout the process and admitted to it when I both called him on it and got his manager involved. Of course parts weren't ordered until after the two weeks, so I had to wait longer because of that. The work itself appears to be okay so far, but I will not return to Motorworld so long as Bill C. is still in charge of estimates.

My car is presently at the body shop. It was a hit and run when parked, damage to trunk and bumper. Insurance estimate came in $2000+. Dropped off the car 8/20. We were told they could not give us any idea how long it would be there. Called the body shop two weeks later, still no time frame, they were waiting for a part. We waited approximately 3 weeks to get the appointment to drop off. Why would they take the car knowing they didnβt have the parts. Last week the estimate doubled, that is not their fault, but apparently partially. When we called this week, they had not touched the car until 9|3 and now estimate the car will not be done until approximately 9/16? Maybe thatβs why our insurance company no longer has the body shop in their list of repair shops? Very poor communication!

I had my wife's car towed here after an accident, Wheel was bent so I couldn't drive. Always had my truck serviced at Toyota so it seemed like a no brainier to have shop handle wife's car. I was wrong. Stopped by next day to give them all insurance info and was given estimators info. Left him a message the following day, no reply. Went there today. Explained to woman behind counter I need an estimate to get the ball rolling with insurance. She went to get the estimator. He refused to come out, said he (Joe)was busy. Woman then informed me I'd be lucky to have an estimate by the following Friday. She then followed up with, we won't be able to fix car for a month or month and half from now. I was kinda shocked. I realize they are busy but a week and a half just for an estimate?? I called insurance and had the car sent to another facility. After reading reviews, the estimator did me a solid, thanks

I had a very frustrating experience with this body shop that I feel compelled to share. My vehicle was originally scheduled for repairs on July 2nd, but I was contacted and told the parts hadnβt arrived yet. I was told they would reach out when everything was ready β but no one ever did. I had to follow up myself and finally got a response on July 24th, at which point I was told they were ready. I dropped my vehicle off the next day and picked up a rental. Just two days later, on July 27th, I was called and told there had been a mistake β the parts werenβt in after all, and I needed to pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was already out of town on vacation. I contacted GEICO, and they agreed to extend the rental through September 13th. After that, I was left in limbo, regularly calling for updates, only to be told they were still waiting on parts β first the lift gate, then lumbar components, then clasps. After nearly three months, I was finally told on October 9th that the car was ready. By then, a massive rental car bill had accumulated, and neither the shop nor GEICO took any responsibility for the delays or the cost β despite the fact that none of this was due to any action
